Hybrid School Management Model
Our hybrid model is designed to support schools in the early stages of developing their secondary programs by providing a seamless blend of outsourced management, administration, and teaching expertise. This approach reduces startup costs while ensuring schools have access to the knowledge and experience needed to succeed during their critical first years.
We take on much of the operational responsibility, running a portion of the program online while complementing it with a smaller in-house educational system. Over a three-year period, we implement a gradual transition, empowering the school to take full control under our guidance. This ensures a sustainable and well-supported handover of all aspects of the school’s operation.
Our fees for this service are structured as a percentage of tuition fees, with no upfront costs, making it an accessible and flexible solution for schools aiming to establish a strong secondary foundation in their early years.

Harmony Alternative offers a unique Termly Schools Network, connecting families and schools through a unified, holistic curriculum. Designed for world-schooling families, this model allows students to transition seamlessly between participating schools worldwide, fostering continuity and a sense of global community.

Families commit to a term at each chosen school, with annual fees distributed among the schools they attend. This flexible yet structured approach ensures high-quality, consistent education, while offering the opportunity to explore diverse environments and cultures.

We offer "accreditation" style Quality Assurance visits with an emphasis on holistic education rather than academic excellence.
